What the app is for
Esperienze Guidate Social is an internal tool for managing only Esperienze Guidate’s authorised accounts and assets on Facebook and Instagram. It does not connect third-party accounts and does not require website readers to sign in with Meta.
Data used
Authorised functions may use account, Page and ad account identifiers; permissions and access tokens; prepared or published content; publication identifiers, dates and results, and technical logs needed to verify publications and prevent duplicates. The app is not used to read private messages or address books.
Purposes and services involved
This data is used to authorise access to the project’s assets, publish and verify content, and resolve technical issues. Publishing requests send Meta the content and data needed for the operation; Facebook and Instagram process data on their platforms under their respective privacy policies.
If ad management is enabled, campaign, ad set and ad configurations and identifiers may also be processed, along with the metrics needed to manage and assess the project’s campaigns. Having a permission does not mean that a campaign is active.
Retention and disconnection
We retain only the data needed for the stated purposes and for as long as required to manage the connection, verify publications or resolve issues. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or reduced; any further retention is limited to applicable obligations or the protection of rights.
Revoking authorisation and removing copies retained by the app are separate operations. When a connection is disconnected, removal of its stored tokens and credentials is handled through the deletion procedure described on the dedicated page; deletion is not represented as automatic simply because authorisation is revoked.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of data processed by the app, email info@esperienzeguidate.it. Instructions for revoking the connection and requesting deletion are on the Data deletion page. Do not send passwords, tokens, verification codes or other secrets.
