The website and its operator

Esperienze Guidate is an editorial website operated by Jack Taffarello, reachable at info@esperienzeguidate.it. It publishes travel guides and ideas to help you discover destinations and experiences in Italy.

Browsing is free and does not require an account. The website does not organise or directly sell experiences, collect payments or manage bookings. These terms explain how the website works and the limits of its published information.

Check information before you travel

We take care over our content, but errors, omissions, inaccurate translations and outdated information can occur. We do not guarantee that every item is always accurate, complete or current. A guide’s update date does not mean that its provider reconfirmed every detail on that date.

Before booking or travelling, check prices, availability, opening times, duration, meeting points, inclusions, accessibility, participation requirements and cancellation conditions with the provider or official sources. Routes, transport and practical directions are indicative: also consider the weather, local notices and your personal needs. Images may illustrate the destination rather than the specific bookable activity.

Bookings and external services

Booking links lead to Viator or other external services. You make a booking with the parties identified by your chosen service, under their terms and privacy notices. Before purchasing, read the offer summary and identify the operator delivering the experience.

Confirmations, payments, changes, cancellations, refunds and activity support are handled by the parties identified in your booking. Esperienze Guidate cannot change your booking or guarantee the availability or delivery of third-party services.

Affiliate links and partnerships

Some links are affiliate links: if you book through them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships are disclosed beside booking suggestions and explained on the Affiliate disclosure page.

Sponsored content or commercial partnerships are identified as such. Featuring an experience on the website does not certify its operator or guarantee that it is suitable for every traveller.

Limits of liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for consequences arising solely from changes made by providers, interruptions to external services or third-party actions that are not attributable to the operator. Checking information before travelling helps reduce the risk of disruption.

Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury attributable to the operator, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights and legal obligations remain unaffected; these terms do not transfer the operator’s responsibilities to you.

Report an error or problematic content

Email info@esperienzeguidate.it with the page link, the information to correct and, if available, an up-to-date source. You may also report broken links, accessibility problems or content you believe infringes rights. Do not send identity documents, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

We review reports to assess corrections, updates or removals, without guaranteeing a fixed response time or that every request will be accepted. Contacting us is optional and is not a prerequisite for exercising your rights, contacting competent authorities or bringing legal proceedings.

Suggest your experience

Guides, operators and organisers can suggest an experience by emailing info@esperienzeguidate.it. Include its name, destination, a description, the official website and a professional contact, and explain your role in the experience.

Every suggestion undergoes editorial review. Submitting a suggestion is free and does not guarantee publication, a particular position on the website, exclusivity or bookings. Any paid services or commercial partnerships require a separate, transparent agreement.

Submitted materials and personal data

Send truthful, up-to-date information and only text or images for which you hold the necessary rights and permissions. Do not include confidential customer or third-party information. Submitting a suggestion does not transfer ownership of your materials and only allows us to review them to assess your request.

Before publishing submitted materials, we agree with the submitter on permission to use them, any adaptations and credits, unless they may already be used under an applicable licence or the law. Information in messages is processed to handle the request as described in the Privacy notice; submitting a request does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

Updates to these terms

We may update this page to reflect changes to the website or the law, showing the date of the latest revision. Updates do not retroactively affect accrued rights or separate agreements. Statutory protections and rules on the jurisdiction of authorities and courts continue to apply.
