From Santa Maria Novella, walk into the centre towards the cathedral, then locate the precise street number. The dome entrance and the tour meeting position are not automatically the same place.

From Florence Peretola Airport, tram T2 provides a connection to the central area and the station neighbourhood. Consult GEST to choose the most suitable stop and check that day’s service, then walk to the address on your voucher. Do not assume that the airport transfer is included in the experience. For a departure at a fixed time, leave a comfortable margin after landing, particularly when you need to collect checked luggage.
